Management of the execution of the contract for the installation of a weigh-in/out section, a new waste treatment section for the separation of coarse solids, sand and fine organic material, a new chemical-physical treatment section and a new deodorisation system.

Purpose of the project

The purpose of the work concerns the direction and technical, accounting and administrative control of the execution, as well as the coordination and supervision of the activities of the entire works management office and the maintenance of relations with the executor regarding the technical and economic aspects of the contract for the revamping of the Frugarolo (AL) purification plant.

Activities

In the initial phase, provide for the handover of works and in the final phase, provide for the issue of the certificate of completion
Compilation of accounting documents (work logbook, measurement books, weekly lists, accounting ledger, summary of accounting ledger, SAL, certificates for payment of instalments, final work account with report)
Verification and acceptance of the material and components being installed
Imparting to the contractor the provisions and instructions relating to the technical and economic aspects of contract management
Monitor the progress of the execution of the work in accordance with the time schedule
Handling objections on technical aspects and reservations
Providing assistance to the testing body
