Purpose of the project

Activities

Documentation checks:

  • Inspection and monitoring of documentation: ensuring that all documents, such as purchase orders, technical specifications and production schedules, are complete and accurate, and issued according to the project schedule.
  • Documentation conformity checks: verification that documents comply with contractual requirements, customer technical specifications and industry standards. Review of datasheets, construction drawings, calculation notes, operating manuals, quality procedures, etc.
  • Progress reports: review of periodic reports to monitor the status of subordination receipt, equipment production progress, quality inspection progress and delivery schedules.
  • Document control: management and archiving of project documentation, ensuring accurate traceability.
  • Control of technical documentation during procurement: Material Requisition, technical alignments, direct contact with suppliers for technical clarifications, etc.

On-site inspections and activities (at the customer’s premises / at the supplier’s premises):

  • Field inspections: performing physical inspections at production sites to ensure that equipment and packages are produced according to specifications and design documentation.
  • Quality assurance: checking that materials and workmanship meet the quality standards required and defined in the design documentation (according to Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Plan, etc.). Planning of inspections and visits. Coordination of inspectors. Technical supervision during inspections and quality tests to be carried out: pre-inspection meetings, intermediate inspections (visual-dimensional, functional test, mechanical running test, performance test, etc.). final inspections. Supervision and control of the supplier’s technical and quality data books.
  • Adherence to planning: ensuring that production processes are in line with project planning and delivery deadlines.
