Lombardy Region Regulation No. 3 of 24 March 2006

Recent legislative provisions in the environmental field, from Legislative Decree 152/06 to the implementing regulations set forth by the Lombardy Region in Regulation 3 of 24 March 2006, require timely intervention on all water treatment plants in order to obtain an effluent with characteristics that comply with the new limits. This article describes the interventions designed by Seam Engineering, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and Azienda Servizi Integrati Lambro, to upgrade the consortium plant in Merone (CO), with a capacity of about 120,000 AE.
